PC without a network connection - just need a little rasp handle

More recently, the guys from that forum gave me a link to an interesting project TGH, which was to create an autonomous computer system is fully working on solar energy, m. e. without connection to the mains. The experiment was set a couple of years ago, but it may be interesting to many and now.
